Eagle Technologies, Inc. was born in 2006 primarily as a machine design company offering the engineering design and implementation of custom machine requirements by various industries. Through the years, Eagle has evolved into a more complete manufacturing service provider, with diverse capabilities including: CNC Sheet Metal Fabrication, CNC Machining, Powder Coating, Machine Design, Product Development and Production Manufacturing.
The owners and employees at Eagle Technologies, Inc. have extensive experience in manufacturing consisting of working with Fortune 500 companies as well as small businesses. Our expertise with CNC press brakes, CNC turret presses, CNC machining centers, mechanical power presses with power feed lines, CNC shears, manual and robotic welding, powder coating, assembly, packaging, quality control, process improvements, machine design, factory automation, and lean six sigma offers a complete manufacturing solution for our customers. The owners' equipment and facility maintenance management experience covers a 550,000 square foot facility along with 3 offsite facilities which insures our customers that we understand the importance of upkeep of our facility and equipment in order to offer the best prices and turn-around times. The owners' personnel management experience covers 3 shifts of maintenance and engineering personnel which insures our customers that we can maintain high levels of efficiency, also to reduce costs and lead times. Eagle Technologies has the expertise and experience to manage a first-class production facility as well as implement custom solutions quickly enabling us to meet our customer's demands and expectations.
Our Americus, GA facility is situated on 4+ acres of industrial property. We occupy a modern 20,000 square foot facility that is fully equipped to handle all aspects of manufacturing. Our equipment and resources include CAD design centers, CNC plasma cutting, CNC shears, CNC turret presses, CNC press brakes, CNC machining center, CNC lathe, manual mills, manual lathe, welding, plus many other pieces of metal fabrication equipment. Our batch powder coating system is capable of handling single components as small as a quarter and up to 8' tall, 8' in width, and 20' in length.
