Key People

 

The key personnel at Eagle Technologies, Inc. are the two sole founders and owners of the corporation and have 15 years of experience in sheet metal fabrication.  We have both worked extensively with CNC press brakes, CNC turret presses, mechanical power presses with power feed lines, shears, manual and robotic welding, powder coating, assembly, packaging, quality control, process improvements, machine design, and lean six sigma.  Our maintenance management experience covers a 550,000 square foot facility along with 3 offsite facilities.  Our personnel management experience covers 3 shifts of maintenance and engineering personnel.  We have the expertise to manage a first-class production facility and to meet our customer’s demands and expectations.  Let us show you WE CAN GUARANTEE SATISFACTION!

 

Facility and Equipment

 

Our Americus, GA facility is situated on 3+ acres of industrial property.  We occupy a modern 20,000 square foot facility that is fully equipped to handle all aspects of manufacturing.  Our equipment and resources include CAD design centers, CNC plasma cutting, CNC sheers, CNC press brake, CNC machining and turning, manual milling, plus many other pieces of metal fabrication equipment.  Our batch powder coating system is capable of handling single components as small as a quarter and up to 8’ tall, 8’ in width, and 20’ in length, and our modular assembly cell can handle all of your assembly needs.

How Does It Work

 

Technology! Today we have electronic  ballast with T8 or T5 fluorescent luminaires, LED exit lights, and electronic pulse start Metal Halide HID systems. Older systems relied on magnetic ballasts with T12 lamps, and energy draining incandescent fixtures with inconsistent lamp performance.
