Our 3/4-axis CNC machining center can precision mill, bore, drill, ream, and tap a block of metal or plastic to a finished part.  The machine has a travel of 40 inches in the x-direction, 20 inches in the y-direction, and 20 inches in the z-direction.  The accuracy of this machine is 0.0002”

Our CNC Press Brake can form sheet metal in order to produce items in a repeatable precision manner such as boxes, angle brackets, etc.

Our CNC plasma cutter can cut any shape or art from all types of metal.  The plasma can handle a 5 ft by 10 ft sheet of metal up to 3/4” thick.  The CAD/CAM software nests multiple parts automatically to reduce material waste.

We have a Bridgeport mill with a digital display to provide ease of manual machining.  We utilize this machine for small quantity milling and for fixture fabricating.

Our CNC shear is able to cut up to 1/4” thick material and allows us to accurately shear material to specs over and over.

Our batch powder coating equipment can handle pieces as small as a coin all the way up to 8 ft wide X 8 ft tall X 20 ft long.  We have powder coated several car chassis with this equipment.
