Powder Coating Solutions
Powder coating offers a durable, professional finish and is very cost effective. Metal is prepped with a degreasing wash, then pretreated with a phosphate wash. After oven drying, the parts are sprayed with powder in our powder booth, then cured in our oven. Quality is controlled using titrations, coating thickness meters, and salt spray tests if requested. Our powder coating system can handle items up to 8 ft tall X 8 ft wide X 20 ft long.
